The pictures on the football are directly printed on the 6090uv printer. First, edit and draw the pattern on the computer, and then place the football piece on the substrate to print the pattern, and then stitch it into the football.

Footballs are made of leather or other suitable materials, and are generally made up of 12 regular pentagonal fabrics and 20 regular hexagonal fabrics. The circumference of the sphere shall not exceed 70 cm and shall not be less than 68 cm.

There are three points to note when choosing printing equipment:
1. The football cut piece itself is not flat, even after the suction is fixed on the printing platform, there is still no acrylic sheet flat, which requires a strong jet nozzle, otherwise the nozzle height is too low, it will be easily scratched Sprinkler

2. If the leather surface is heated too high, it is easy to arch up, and it needs to be irradiated with a cold light source of LED lamp, and it is easy to scratch the nozzle with a mercury lamp;

3. It is better to use neutral or soft uv ink to print football pieces. If it is hard, it will be easy to fade and fall off in the later stage.
